Nikki was born in Hawaii and raised in the neighborhoods of Kaneohe Bay and Hawaii Kai. Her family heritage in Hawaii has spanned over four generations, with family history on the the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, & Kauai. She has also lived in New York and Portland, Oregon prior to returning to Honolulu in 2001.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, participating in outdoor activities and charitable events which support both local and national communities.

Professional Profile

In addition to her life as a Realtor-Associate, Nikki has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, commercial print, publishing, & print advertising. She has served both small business as well as global corporate giants such as Nike Inc. Her years of experience in negotiating on behalf of clients, has cultivated her performance in the real estate arena. She has the drive and experience to protect her client’s interests, procure a winning deal, and deliver results.

Most recently, Nikki completed her requirements and educational courses to qualify as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS. The CIPS Network is comprised of 2,300 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the "international" market. Whether traveling abroad to put deals together, assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving an immigrant niche in local markets, CIPS members are consumers' best resource to ensure they are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate.

Nikki has heared her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.

Nikki is currently ranked among the top 3% of all Realtors on Oahu.
